Hi, I’m Willi, Managing Partner at Neofyn – a boutique advisory firm specializing in FinTech, fundraising, and fractional CxO services.es

With over 15 years in the game, I’ve helped raise more than $750 million, guided IPOs on NASDAQ Sweden and Frankfurt, and led companies through growth, relocation, and tax optimization.

 

What drives me? Bold ideas, complex challenges, and people who think differently. I believe in clear advice, creative solutions, and showing up as a true partner.

As an entrepreneur who thrives on closing deals, I always strive to go the extra mile. To secure a deal with Oatly founders Björn and Rickard Öste, I spontaneously flew from Berlin to Sweden for a coffee. Initially planned for just one hour, our conversation extended to four hours, during which we engaged deeply with the founders. This unique approach worked because they had never experienced someone who simply came for a coffee and a chat.
